THRIVE MALAWI: WOMEN IN CREATIVITY : A Follow-Up Initiative to Empower Women Creatives

Following the success of the Digital Skills for Women Creatives in Malawi workshop, we are excited to launch Thrive Malawi: Women in Creativity, a three-month mentorship and business development initiative designed to provide continued support to women creatives in Blantyre, Lilongwe, and Mzuzu.

Arriving at Thrive Malawi: Women in Creativity

Arising as an outcome of the Mainstreaming Gender Equality in Malawi’s Cultural and Creative Sector : Empowering Women in Creatives Malawi In partnership with the Malawi Government’s Department of Arts and with funding from UNESCO, this initiative will select six outstanding women creatives (two from each district) to take part in an intensive program aimed at enhancing their digital presence, increasing sales, and strengthening their creative businesses.

Through one-on-one mentorship, strategic business guidance, and measurable growth tracking, this initiative ensures that participants gain hands-on support in applying the knowledge acquired during the workshop.

Tailored Mentorship & Business Coaching – Personalized guidance to refine branding, digital marketing, and sales strategies.
Business Growth Tracking – Support in improving key performance indicators like customer engagement and revenue.
